Ingredients

  • Yogurt16 oz yogurt (473 ml)
  • Garlic1 grated clove of garlic
  • Tomato1 cups green tomato, diced (240 ml)
  • Dill2 tbsp dill (30 ml)
  • Parsley2 sprigs parsley
  • Mint5 sprigs mint
  • Salttaste for salt (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yogurt, Tomato, Dill.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Parsley, Mint, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
