- Yogurt — 16 oz yogurt (473 ml)
- Garlic — 1 grated clove of garlic
- Tomato — 1 cups green tomato, diced (240 ml)
- Dill — 2 tbsp dill (30 ml)
- Parsley — 2 sprigs parsley
- Mint — 5 sprigs mint
- Salt — taste for salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yogurt, Tomato, Dill.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Parsley, Mint, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
