  • Vegetable Oil1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml)
  • Garlic2 cloves finely chopped
  • Serrano2 fresh finely chopped
  • Chicken Stockabout 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Saltgenerous 1/2 tsp (3 g)

Method

  1. This sauce is cooked on the stove — the jar is for storing it, not making it.

  3. Finish off heat; adjust seasoning.
