Ingredients

  • Sunflr Seeds1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower kernels (70 g)
  • Olive Oil1/4 cup olive oil (60 ml)
  • Tamari1 tbsp tamari (15 ml)
  • Parsley1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (30 g)
  • Lemon Zest1 tbsp grated lemon zest (6 g)
  • Garlic1 large garlic clove, minced (~1 1/2 tsp)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Tamari.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sunflr Seeds, Parsley, Lemon Zest, Garlic.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
