Ingredients
- Sunflr Seeds — 1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower kernels (70 g)
- Olive Oil — 1/4 cup olive oil (60 ml)
- Tamari — 1 tbsp tamari (15 ml)
- Parsley — 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (30 g)
- Lemon Zest — 1 tbsp grated lemon zest (6 g)
- Garlic — 1 large garlic clove, minced (~1 1/2 tsp)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Tamari.
- Add finishing notes: Sunflr Seeds, Parsley, Lemon Zest, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
