Ingredients
- Kecap Manis — 1 cup (250 mL) kecap manis
- Water — 1 Tbsp water (15 ml)
- Bird's Eye Chile — 2 red bird’s-eye chillies (or 1 red chilli), sliced
- Green Chili — 1 green chilli, sliced
- Shallot — 1 small French shallot (or 2 Asian shallots), thinly sliced
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- Lime Juice — 2 Tbsp lime juice (30 ml)
- Cherry Tomato — 4 cherry tomatoes, diced
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Kecap Manis, Water, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Kecap Manis, Bird's Eye Chile, Green Chili, Shallot, Garlic, Cherry Tomato.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
