- Cumin — ¼ tsp cumin seeds (0.5 g)
- Coriander Seed — ¼ tsp coriander seeds (0.5 g)
- Peppercorn — ⅛ tsp black peppercorns (0.3 g)
- Creme Fraiche — ½ cup crème fraîche or sour cream (120 ml)
- Buttermilk — ¼ cup buttermilk (60 ml)
- Mayo — 1½ Tbsp Japanese mayo (22.5 ml)
- Cider Vinegar — ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar (1.25 ml)
- Salt — ¼ tsp salt (1.5 g)
- Sugar — ¼ tsp sugar (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Creme Fraiche, Buttermilk, Mayo, Cider Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Cumin, Coriander Seed, Peppercorn, Salt, Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
