Ingredients

  • Coriander Seed12 g coriander seed
  • Cumin5 g cumin
  • Dijon Mustard30 g Dijon mustard
  • Meat Concentra5 g meat concentrate
  • Olive Oil15 g EVOO
  • Lime Juicejuice of ½ lime (15 ml)
  • Garlic Oil7.5 ml (½ tbsp) raw garlic oil

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Garlic Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Coriander Seed, Cumin, Meat Concentra.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
