- Soy Sauce — 15 ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
- Sherry Vinegar — 15 ml (1 tbsp) Sherry vinegar
- Lemon Juice — 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- Olive Oil — 45 ml (3 tbsp) extra-virgin olive oil
- Spice — optional spice (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Sherry Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Spice.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
