Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce15 ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
  • Sherry Vinegar15 ml (1 tbsp) Sherry vinegar
  • Lemon Juice15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • Olive Oil45 ml (3 tbsp) extra-virgin olive oil
  • Spiceoptional spice (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Sherry Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Spice.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
