- Sesame Oil — 白ごま油 1.5 L (1500 ml)
- Cinnamon — シナモン 1.25 g
- Star Anise — 八角 0.5 g
- Clove — クローブ 0.5 g
- Scallion — ねぎ青 8 g
- Ginger — しょうが 5 g
- Sichuan Pepper — 花椒 0.5 g
- Chaotian Chili — 朝天辣椒粉 90 g
- Korean Ichimi — 韓国一味 85 g
- Domestic Ichimi — 国産一味 75 g
- Chili Color Po — 色粉 2 g
- Water — 水 33.5 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sesame Oil, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Cinnamon, Star Anise, Clove, Scallion, Ginger, Sichuan Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
