Ingredients
- Mayo — 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
- Yogurt — 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (120 ml)
- Buttermilk — 1/4 cup buttermilk (60 ml)
- Scallion — 1/4 cup minced scallions, green part only (60 ml)
- Parmesan — 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano, on a microplane (120 ml)
- Pepper — 20 turns black pepper (1 g)
- Lemon Zest — Zest of 1 lemon
- Lemon Juice — 2 tsp lemon juice (10 ml)
- Salt — 1/2 tsp salt (2.5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Yogurt, Buttermilk, Scallion, Parmesan, Lemon Juice, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper, Lemon Zest, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
