Ingredients

  • Sugar5 Tbsp (60 g)
  • Garlic4 Tbsp pickled minced + 2 Tbsp fresh (60 g)
  • Soy Sauce3 Tbsp dark (45 ml)
  • White Vinegar3 Tbsp (45 ml)
  • Salt2 tsp (12 g)
  • Water100 ml
  • Bird's Eye Chile4 red Thai sliced

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, White Vinegar, Water.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Bird's Eye Chile.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
