- Sugar — 5 Tbsp (60 g)
- Garlic — 4 Tbsp pickled minced + 2 Tbsp fresh (60 g)
- Soy Sauce — 3 Tbsp dark (45 ml)
- White Vinegar — 3 Tbsp (45 ml)
- Salt — 2 tsp (12 g)
- Water — 100 ml
- Bird's Eye Chile — 4 red Thai sliced
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, White Vinegar, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Bird's Eye Chile.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
