- Avocado — 2 avocados, mashed with grated garlic (2 cloves)
- Garlic — 2 cloves grated garlic (into avocados)
- Jalapeno — 2 jalapeños, seeded + minced
- Olive Oil — 2 msk olive oil (30 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1–2 tsk pressed lemon (7.5 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Tomato, Avocado, Garlic, Jalapeno, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
