- Tomato — 4 tomater (skållade, tärnade)
- Red Onion — 1 rödlök finhackad
- Garlic — 2 vitlöksklyftor rivna
- Thai Chile — 1 röd chili finhackad
- Cilantro — 1 knippe koriander strimlad (20 g)
- Lemon Zest — 1 citron fint rivet skal (2 g)
- Lemon Juice — 2 tsk pressad citron (10 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2 msk olivolja (30 ml)
- White Wine — ½ dl ljus öl (50 ml)
- Salt — salt (3 g)
- Pepper — svartpeppar (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, White Wine.
- Add finishing notes: Tomato, Red Onion, Garlic, Thai Chile, Cilantro, Lemon Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
