Ingredients

  • Tomato4 tomater (skållade, tärnade)
  • Red Onion1 rödlök finhackad
  • Garlic2 vitlöksklyftor rivna
  • Thai Chile1 röd chili finhackad
  • Cilantro1 knippe koriander strimlad (20 g)
  • Lemon Zest1 citron fint rivet skal (2 g)
  • Lemon Juice2 tsk pressad citron (10 ml)
  • Olive Oil2 msk olivolja (30 ml)
  • White Wine½ dl ljus öl (50 ml)
  • Saltsalt (3 g)
  • Peppersvartpeppar (1 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, White Wine.
  2. Add finishing notes: Tomato, Red Onion, Garlic, Thai Chile, Cilantro, Lemon Zest.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
