Ingredients
- Olive Oil1/2 cup olive oil (120 ml)
- Lemon Juice1/4 cup lemon juice (60 ml)
- Pepper1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper (1 g)
- Eggabout 1 egg (50 g)
- Saltsalt to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE.
- Add by count: 1½ EGGS.
- Season to finish: PEPPER (about ¾ tsp), SALT (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
