- Cilantro30 g coriander (stalks ok)
- Parsley20 g parsley (stalks ok)
- Cumin2 tsp (5 g)
- Garlic2 small garlic cloves
- Cardamom0.5 g
- Green Chileabout ½ chile (10 g)
- White Wine Vinegar1 tsp white wine vinegar (5 ml)
- Brown Sugar½ tsp dark brown soft sugar (2 g)
- Water4 Tbsp cold water (60 ml)
- Saltpinch salt (1 g)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender. The jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
