A bright dressing for salads and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Honey — 2 tbsp honey (30 ml)
- Dry Mustard — 2 1/4 tsp dry mustard powder (4.5 g)
- Lemon Juice — 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (45 ml)
- Grain Mustard — 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard (15 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (7.5 ml)
- Salt — 1 tbsp kosher salt (15 g)
- Olive Oil — 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (60 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Honey, Lemon Juice, Grain Mustard, Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Dry Mustard, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
