Ingredients
- Sunflower Oil — 120 ml aceite de girasol
- Olive Oil — 25 ml AOVE
- Egg — 1 huevo
- Parsley — 50 ml caldo de perejil
- Vinegar — 1 cc vinagre (5 ml)
- Plankton — 1 cc plancton (5 ml)
- Salt — sal
- Tomato Paste — 60 g salsa de tomate
- Cherry Tomato — 4 tomates cherry
- Water — 2 cs agua (30 ml)
- Xanthan — 2 g xantana
- Pepper — pimienta
- Sugar — pizca de azúcar (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Parsley, Vinegar, Plankton, Tomato Paste, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Egg, Salt, Cherry Tomato, Xanthan, Pepper, Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
