Ingredients

  • Tomatopepitas 2 tomates
  • Truffle Juice10 g jugo trufa
  • Sherry Vinegar10 g vinagre Jerez
  • Caramel15 g caramelo
  • Olive Oil40 g AOVE 0,4
  • Saltsal (1 g)
  • Ground Gingerjengibre polvo (0.53 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Truffle Juice, Sherry Vinegar, Olive Oil, Ground Ginger.
  2. Add finishing notes: Tomato, Caramel, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
