- Tomato — pepitas 2 tomates
- Truffle Juice — 10 g jugo trufa
- Sherry Vinegar — 10 g vinagre Jerez
- Caramel — 15 g caramelo
- Olive Oil — 40 g AOVE 0,4
- Salt — sal (1 g)
- Ground Ginger — jengibre polvo (0.53 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Truffle Juice, Sherry Vinegar, Olive Oil, Ground Ginger.
- Add finishing notes: Tomato, Caramel, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
