- Red Pepper — 1 roasted chopped (120 g)
- Garlic — 3 cloves
- Paprika — 1 Tbsp smoked or sweet (6 g)
- Oregano — 1 Tbsp dried (3 g)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Red Pepper — 1 tsp (2 g)
- Salt — 1 tsp (6 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Red Pepper, Garlic, Paprika, Oregano, Red Pepper, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
