Ratio by volume: Red Wine Vinegar 60 ml, Olive Oil 120 ml

Ingredients

  • Red Pepper1 roasted chopped (120 g)
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Paprika1 Tbsp smoked or sweet (6 g)
  • Oregano1 Tbsp dried (3 g)
  • Red Wine Vinegar1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Olive Oil1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Red Pepper1 tsp (2 g)
  • Salt1 tsp (6 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Red Pepper, Garlic, Paprika, Oregano, Red Pepper, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
