Ingredients

  • Hay5 g frisches Heu (for Heu-Öl)
  • Grapeseed Oil85 g Traubenkern-Öl (Heu-Öl base)
  • Raspberry75 g Himbeermark
  • Sugar13 g Zucker
  • Pectinpectin
  • Raspberry75 g Himbeersauce
  • Beet125 g Rote Rüben-Saft
  • Quince Vinegar58 g Quittenessig
  • Saltsalt (2 g)
  • Cornstarchlight starch
  • Hay Oil47 g Heu-Öl

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Grapeseed Oil, Beet, Quince Vinegar, Hay Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Hay, Raspberry, Sugar, Pectin, Raspberry, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
