Ingredients
- Miso — 4 tsp white (shiro) miso (20 ml)
- Olive Oil — ¼ cup (60 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- Maple Syrup — 4 tsp maple syrup (20 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 4 tsp rice vinegar (20 ml)
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove, grated
- Water — 4 tsp of water (20 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Miso, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup, Rice Vinegar, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
