Ingredients

  • Mayo½ c. mayonnaise (120 ml)
  • Grain Mustard1 c. whole grain mustard (240 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard½ c. Dijon mustard (120 ml)
  • Honey½ c. honey (120 ml)
  • Worcester1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
  • Cayenne½ tbsp. cayenne pepper (7.5 ml)
  • Garlic Powder½ tbsp. garlic powder (7.5 ml)
  • Salt½ tsp. salt (3 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Grain Mustard, Dijon Mustard, Honey, Worcester, Cayenne, Garlic Powder.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
