Ingredients
- Mayo2 c. mayonnaise (480 ml)
- Roasted Garlic2 tbsp. roasted garlic (minced) (30 ml)
- Lemon Zest1 lemon (zest) (2 g)
- Lemon Juice1 lemon (juice) (30 ml)
- Parsley¼ c. parsley (finely chopped) (60 ml)
- Chives2 tbsp. chives (finely chopped) (30 ml)
- Tarragon1 tbsp. tarragon (finely chopped) (15 ml)
- Salt½ tsp. salt (3 g)
- Pepper¼ tsp. pepper (1.25 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Roasted Garlic, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Chives, Tarragon, Pepper.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
