Ingredients
- Mayo — ½ cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
- Grain Mustard — 2 tsp whole-grain Dijon (10 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 2 tsp fresh lemon juice (10 ml)
- Celery — ½ stalk celery, very finely chopped (30 g)
- Scallion — 2 green onions (white + pale green), finely chopped
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Hot Sauce — ¼ tsp hot sauce (or to taste)
- Salt — coarse kosher salt (2 g)
- Pepper — black pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Grain Mustard, Lemon Juice, Hot Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Celery, Scallion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
