A bright dressing for salads and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Olive Oil — ¼ cup olive oil (60 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — ½ cup rice vinegar (120 ml)
- Honey — 1 Tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Ginger — 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger (15 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 1 Tbsp soy sauce (15 ml)
- Fish Sauce — 1 tsp fish sauce (5 ml)
- Salt — Kosher salt (2 g)
- Pepper — freshly ground black pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Rice Vinegar, Honey, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
