Ingredients
- Anchovy — 2 anchovies, minced
- Garlic — 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt — Pinch kosher salt (0.5 g)
- Egg Yolk — 2 large egg yolks
- Lemon Juice — Juice of 1 lemon (30 ml)
- Parmesan — 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan (30 ml)
- Olive Oil — ¼ cup EVOO (60 ml)
- Buttermilk — 1 cup buttermilk (240 ml)
- Sour Cream — ½ cup sour cream (120 ml)
- Worcester — 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
- Dill — 1 Tbsp chopped dill (15 ml)
- Parsley — 1 Tbsp chopped parsley (15 ml)
- Chives — 1 Tbsp chopped chives (15 ml)
- Tarragon — 1 Tbsp chopped tarragon (15 ml)
- Pepper — Freshly cracked black pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Parmesan, Olive Oil, Buttermilk, Sour Cream, Worcester, Dill, Parsley, Chives, Tarragon.
- Add finishing notes: Anchovy, Garlic, Salt, Egg Yolk, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
