Ingredients

  • Egg Yolk2 jaunes d’oeufs
  • Dijon Mustard15 g de moutarde de Dijon
  • White Vinegar2 cuil. à café de vinaigre d’alcool blanc (10 ml)
  • Sunflower Oil20 cl d’ huile de tournesol (200 ml)
  • Grain Mustard1 cuil. à soupe de moutarde à l’ancienne (15 ml)
  • Lime Juice1 citron vert (jus) (30 ml)
  • Chives10 brins de ciboulette fraîche (10 g)
  • SaltSel (2 g)
  • PepperPoivre (0.5 g)

Method
