Ingredients

  • Lemon Zest1/2 citron de menton (zeste) (2 g)
  • Orange1/2 orange (zeste) (2 g)
  • Grapefruit1/2 pamplemousse rose (zeste) (2 g)
  • Yogurt250 g de yaourt nature
  • Lemon Juiceun peu de jus de citron si nécessaire
  • SaltFleur de sel (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yogurt.
  2. Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest, Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon Juice, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
