- Lemon Zest — 1/2 citron de menton (zeste) (2 g)
- Orange — 1/2 orange (zeste) (2 g)
- Grapefruit — 1/2 pamplemousse rose (zeste) (2 g)
- Yogurt — 250 g de yaourt nature
- Lemon Juice — un peu de jus de citron si nécessaire
- Salt — Fleur de sel (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yogurt.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest, Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon Juice, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
