- Mayo — 6 Tbsp mayo (90 ml)
- Ketchup — 4 Tbsp ketchup (60 ml)
- Dill Pickle — 50 g pickles
- Pickle Brine — 30 ml pickle brine
- Red Pepper — ¼ red pepper (30 g)
- Yellow Pepper — ¼ yellow pepper (30 g)
- Green Pepper — ¼ green pepper (30 g)
- Shallot — 35 g shallot
- Cognac — 30 ml brandy
- White Wine Vinegar — 20 ml vinegar
- Sugar — 1 tsp sugar (4 g)
- Salt — S+P (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Ketchup, Pickle Brine, Cognac, White Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Dill Pickle, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Green Pepper, Shallot, Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
