- Honey — 50 g honey
- Dijon Mustard — 50 g full-fat mustard
- Lemon Juice — 1 Tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
- Dill — 1 Tbsp fresh dill (3 g)
- Salt — S+P (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (1 g)
- Sunflower Oil — 30 g sunflower oil
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Honey, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Sunflower Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Dill, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
