- Dijon Mustard — 4 Tbsp Dijon (60 ml)
- Sugar — 2 Tbsp sugar (25 g)
- Lemon Juice — 4 Tbsp lemon juice (60 ml)
- Cider Vinegar — 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (60 ml)
- Salt — S+P (3 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
- Sunflower Oil — 100 ml sunflower oil
- Olive Oil — 100 ml olive oil
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Cider Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
