Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): CREME FRAICHE, BUTTERMILK, MAYO.
Season to finish: CUMIN (about ¼ tsp), CORIANDER SEED (about ¼ tsp), PEPPERCORN (a pinch), SALT (about ¼ tsp), SUGAR (about ¼ tsp), CIDER VINEGAR (about ¼ tsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
