Ingredients

Water⅓ cup water (80 ml)
Sugar2 Tbsp sugar (30 ml)
Rice Vinegar⅓ cup rice vinegar (80 ml)
Salt½ tsp salt (2.5 ml)
Soy Sauce1 cup soy sauce (240 ml)
Olive Oil½ cup EVOO (120 ml)
Garlic2 garlic cloves, finely grated
Ginger1 Tbsp finely grated ginger (15 ml)

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): SOY SAUCE, OLIVE OIL, WATER, RICE VINEGAR.
Season to finish: SUGAR (about 1 Tbsp), SALT (about ¼ tsp), GARLIC (1 clove), GINGER (about 1½ tsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
