Method

Pour liquids to the printed fill-lines, bottom to top.
Add by count: 11 CHILES BIRD EYE CHILI, 5½ CHILES GREEN CHILI, 5½ SHALLOTS, 5½ CLOVES GARLIC.
Season to finish: KECAP MANIS (to taste).
