Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 100 ml EVOO
- Sherry Vinegar — 20 ml sherry vinegar
- Shallot — 1 shallot
- Chile — 1 red chilli
- Cumin — 1 tsp cumin (5 ml)
- Coriander — 1 tsp coriander (5 ml)
- Lime Juice — juice 1 lime
- Salt — salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Cumin, Coriander, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot, Chile, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
