Ratio by volume: Orange Juice 50 ml, Olive Oil 100 ml

Ingredients

  • Orange Juice50 ml fresh orange juice
  • Olive Oil100 ml olive oil
  • Sugarcaster sugar to taste
  • Saltsalt (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Orange Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
