- Lemon Juice — ⅔ cup lemon juice (160 ml)
- Orange Zest — Zest of 2 oranges (4 g)
- Orange Juice — ⅓ cup orange juice (80 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — ¼ cup rice vinegar (60 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 1 cup soy sauce (240 ml)
- Maple Syrup — ⅓ cup maple syrup (80 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 3 Tbsp sesame oil (45 ml)
- Sriracha — 2 Tbsp Sriracha (or similar) (30 ml)
- Garlic — 2 garlic cloves, Microplaned
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Maple Syrup, Sesame Oil, Sriracha.
- Add finishing notes: Orange Zest, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
