Ingredients

  • Egg Yolk1 jaune d'oeuf
  • Dijon Mustard1 cuil. a cafe de moutarde (5 ml)
  • Peanut Oil20 cl d'huile d'arachide (200 ml)
  • Red Wine Vinegar1 cuil. a cafe de vinaigre de vin (5 ml)
  • Saltsel fin (2 g)
  • Pepperpoivre du moulin (0.5 g)

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
