Ingredients
- Olive Oil1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Orange Juice2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Lemon Juice2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Garlic1 clove minced
- Parsley2 Tbsp (4 g)
- Salt1/2 tsp (3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, ORANGE JUICE, LEMON JUICE.
- Season to finish: GARLIC (1½ cloves), PARSLEY (about 2½ Tbsp), SALT (about ¾ tsp).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
