Ingredients
- Garlic — 2 cloves garlic, grated on a Microplane
- Lemon Juice — 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp lemon juice (20 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar (22.5 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (2.5 ml)
- Fennel Seed — 1/2 tsp fennel seed, toasted and ground (2.5 ml)
- Red Pepper — 1/4 tsp crushed red chile flakes (1.25 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (60 ml)
- Salt — 1/2 tsp sea salt (3 g)
- Pepper — 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Fennel Seed, Red Pepper, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
