Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): KETCHUP, DIJON.
Add by count: 2½ BUNCHES CHIVES.
Season to finish: SOY CREAM (to taste), TIMUT VINEGAR (to taste), GARLIC POWDER (to taste), SALT (to taste), PEPPER (to taste).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
