- Grapeseed Oil — 75 ml
- Sesame Seed — 60 g
- Tofu — 30 g silken
- Miso — 25 g white
- Lemon Juice — 25 ml
- White Pepper — 10 g peppercorns
- Garlic — 1 small clove
- Salt — 1 tsp (6 g)
- Water — 100 ml
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
