- Buttermilk — 260 g buttermilk
- Dijon Mustard — 90 g dijon
- Honey — 12 g honey
- Grapeseed Oil — 300 g grapeseed
- Salt — 13 g salt
- Cayenne — 1/2 g cayenne pepper
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Buttermilk, Dijon Mustard, Honey, Grapeseed Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Cayenne.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
