Paprika1 tsp smoked paprika (2 g)
Sherry Vinegar1 Tbsp sherry vinegar (15 ml)
Olive Oil1 Tbsp EVOO (15 ml)

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): MAPLE SYRUP, LIME JUICE, SHERRY VINEGAR, OLIVE OIL.
Season to finish: RED PEPPER FLA (about ½ tsp), PAPRIKA (about 1½ tsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
