Ingredients
- Honey — 1 Tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 tsp Dijon (5 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar (45 ml)
- Lemon Zest — zest of 1 lemon
- Lemon Juice — 2 Tbsp lemon juice (30 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1/2 cup EVOO (120 ml)
- Salt — 1/2 tsp kosher salt (2.5 ml)
- Pepper — 1/2 tsp black pepper (2.5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Honey, Dijon Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
