- Olive Oil — 1 cup olive oil (240 ml)
- Arugula — 1 cup chopped arugula (240 ml)
- Basil — 1/4 cup chopped basil (60 ml)
- Parsley — 1/4 cup chopped parsley (60 ml)
- Parmesan — 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (60 ml)
- Salt — salt to taste
- Pepper — pepper to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Arugula, Basil, Parsley, Parmesan.
- Add finishing notes: Arugula, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
