- Onion — 30 g onion, minced
- Garlic — 5 g garlic, minced
- Parsley — 30 g parsley, minced
- Olive Oil — 1 dl (100 ml) olive oil
- Red Wine Vinegar — 0.2 dl (20 ml) red wine vinegar
- Soy Sauce — soy sauce q.b.
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Onion, Garlic, Parsley, Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
