- Olive Oil1/4 cup olive oil (60 ml)
- Saltabout ⅛ tsp (1 g)
- White Pepper⅛ tsp (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, RED WINE VIN.
- Season to finish: SALT (to taste), WHITE PEPPER (about ½ tsp).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
