Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): WHITE SOY, LEMON JUICE, LIME JUICE, HONEY.
Season to finish: GINGER (about 1 Tbsp), THAI CHILE (¾ chile).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
