Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): CANOLA OIL, SHERRY VINEGAR.
Season to finish: SHALLOT (about 1 tsp), SALT (a pinch), WHITE PEPPER (about ¼ tsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
