Salt1 tsp kosher salt (5 ml)
Grapeseed Oil3 Tbsp grapeseed oil (45 ml)

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): GRAPESEED OIL, SHERRY VINEGAR.
Add by count: 4½ SHALLOTS.
Season to finish: CILANTRO (about 4 Tbsp), SALT (about 1 Tbsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
